The guarantee runs for 30 calendar days from your first successful subscription payment—not from opening the free sample project.
- What is refunded
Your first TrueSite subscription payment. The guarantee does not apply to later subscription payments or separate third-party purchases.
- How to request a refund
Email tradesman.dnc@gmail.com within the 30-day period. Include the email used for your TrueSite subscription and request cancellation and a refund. Do not send card details or passwords.
- No usage hurdle
You do not need to complete training, reach a minimum number of projects, or prove a specific problem to request a refund within the guarantee period.
- Refund and cancellation
We will cancel the subscription and refund the eligible first payment to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary.
